Fields Auto Group is seeking an accounting professional to join our dealership team in Jacksonville. You will perform basic and routine accounting functions and assist with AP/AR, reconciliations, and daily deposits, while handling title and transfer paperwork.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting and may benefit from automotive dealership experience, along with excellent written and spoken communication and multitasking ability. We value integrity, energy, and customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in accounting role.
• Automotive dealership experience a plus.
• Positive attitude & very outgoing personality.
• Exceptional written & oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and routine accounting functions.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit, credit card deposit, update receivable ledger.
• Post accounts payable invoices.
• Prepare accounts payable checks.
• Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries.
• Assist in processing car deals.
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Compile and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.
