AFC (Automotive Finance Corporation), an OPENLANE subsidiary, is seeking a Relationship Associate to support independent auto dealers in the Tulsa, OK area. You will manage dealer accounts, analyze data, and promote product solutions while traveling 25–50% within your market.

You will work as part of a small local team, focusing on customer experience, relationship building, and meeting branch goals. Prior experience in sales support or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Ability to travel 25–50% within market.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage accounts and drive growth.
• Comfort with data analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues.
• Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns.
