Job summary

City Enterprises in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced, field-based Dealer Floor Plan Business Development & Account Manager to grow our Cincinnati market. You will visit dealerships, attend auto auctions, prospect new business, and manage long‑term relationships with existing customers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability or desire to prospect and develop new business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to discuss business and financial information with customers.
• Ability to perform basic financial calculations and understand financial terminology.
• Automotive dealership, auction, floor plan, lending, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Some college or Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow the market by prospecting and developing new independent dealer relationships in the Cincinnati area.
• Identify potential customers through visits, auctions, networking, referrals, cold calling, online research, and industry relationships.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective floor plan customers and develop additional business within existing relationships.
• Maintain regular presence at auto auctions, dealerships, industry events, and other dealer touchpoints.
• Protect the portfolio by conducting quarterly on-site contract compliance and inventory audits and addressing issues promptly.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual growth objectives.
