GEICO is hiring a Field Auto Damage Trainee in the North Austin/Georgetown, TX area. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements while coordinating with body shops and rental companies.

The program includes licensing support, paid hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA facility, plus field training in NY, TX, and CA, with opportunities for professional growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
