Qualifications

• 1 year experience in the automobile field with customer service background
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to work outside in the elements for extended periods
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with a team
• Excellent communication to understand customer needs and expectations
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

• Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
• Conduct inspections of vehicles at dealerships, auctions, and off-lease sites to detect damage and mechanical problems
• Prepare and submit reports of vehicle condition and repair/replacement cost estimates
• Help sales by upsell or cross-sell services and products
• Interface with dealers to develop client satisfaction and relationships
• Travel to and from dealerships and homes to inspect and write condition reports
• Take photos and upload them to the company image server
• List inspected wholesale vehicles on the ACV Auctions platform for bidding/purchasing
• Sign up independent dealerships as buyers for the platform
• Perform additional duties as assigned
