Job summary

Car Crafters Collision LLC is seeking a motivated Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue and profit goals, and ensure high-quality repair standards. You will manage WIP, coach staff, and own P&L while maintaining brand standards and safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with the Regional Manager to meet calibration and customer service targets across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations leadership in auto collision industry
• Strong understanding of P&L, cycle time, repair operations, and KPI management
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Experience using CCC One, Repair Planning Software, and Central Review Systems
• Proficient in Excel and reporting systems
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently between sites

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations.
• Ensure achievement of revenue and profit goals.
• Monitor and manage Work in Progress (WIP) levels and scheduling.
• Review Final Quality Control outcomes for consistency and excellence.
• Drive performance improvements through coaching and process reviews.
• Own and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Track financial KPIs including goal revenue, calibration revenue, and gross margin targets.
• Analyze Central Review Reports to ensure market health and correct variances.
• Champion initiatives to improve CSI and reduce cycle time.
• Resolve escalated customer issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop shop employees.
• Manage staffing with Regional Manager.
• Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and OSHA compliant.
