Crash Champions is seeking a parts coordinator to support operations across our network. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and logging parts, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with vendors to keep repair workflows flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities include matching deliveries to orders, returning incorrect parts promptly, and posting invoices in the estimating system. A valid driver’s license and legal work authorization are required.

Competenze

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Mansioni

• Receive and check in parts: match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure all parts are on the parts cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality and note any damage or delays.
• Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
• Monitor deliveries and communicate status with vendors.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and ensure invoices are posted in the estimating platform.
