Gerber Collision & Glass in Ocala, FL is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of the collision center and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and drive KPI targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and process adherence, with regular performance reviews and ongoing training to support a top-tier customer journey.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Ability to coach and empower staff for performance and success.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Ensure WOW plan execution and daily operations of the collision center.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target, and track monthly sales, profit, and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee A/P and A/R related to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead and manage repair facility personnel and staff meetings.
• Attend trainings and align with Senior Leadership guidance.
