You will greet customers, create accurate repair estimates, identify damage, order parts, and manage DRP and insurer communications. Proficiency with Mitchell and CCC estimating systems, ERAC, and DRP management is required, along with I-CAR Pro-Level 1 certification

Qualifications

• I-CAR Pro-Level 1 certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years DRP writing experience required.
• Strong relationships with insurance providers are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess needs to deliver service excellence.
• Create accurate repair estimates and manage DRP and insurer communications.
• Inspect damage, identify prior damage, and plan repairs with OE standards.
• Manage parts sourcing, invoicing, and final billing to ensure accuracy.
• Deliver vehicles, explain repair process, and collect payments as needed.
• Maintain CCC documentation and calendars for DRP portals and shop workflow.
• Cultivate relationships with DRP, Fleet and Dealer partners to meet performance metrics.
