Qualifications

• I-CAR Pro-Level 1 certification required within 90 days of start date.
• Proficient in Auto Body Estimating with Mitchell and CCC estimating systems.
• Knowledge of metal/refinish replacement and repair techniques.
• Ability to analyze structural and suspension damage.
• Strong customer service skills and results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Adheres to NDA and confidentiality policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties per Company SOPs.
• Identify express repairs and schedule vehicles for cycle time efficiency.
• Increase profitability through proper labor resources and repair vs replace decisions.
• Prepare a complete auto body collision repair plan with photos and pre-scanning.
• Ensure repairs meet OE standards, DRP parts, refinish guidelines and ADAS calibrations.
• Verify quality at each stage of the repair process.
• Source, order and receive parts per insurer and company guidelines.
• Ensure accurate final bill and estimate accuracy; note all supplements and authorizations.
• Communicate with customers, keep files accurate and complete.
• Deliver vehicle and review repairs, paperwork, and final payments with customer.
• Build relationships with DRP, Fleet and Dealer partners; meet KPIs.
• Scan all documentation into CCC One files (check-in, estimates, invoices).
• Maintain CCC Calendar and monitor DRP portals daily.
