Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers while complying with safety rules.
