Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an organized administrator to support collision and glass repair workflows. You will schedule repairs, manage insurance documentation, and ensure accurate data entry in CCC One and ARMS for rental vehicles.

The role emphasizes multitasking in a fast-paced shop environment, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills to deliver a seamless experience for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Ensure timely retrieval of insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using CCC One notes.
• Confirm car rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage information.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure all vehicles appearing in ARMS are noted in CCC One.
