Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a General Manager for the McDonough, GA repair center. You will oversee operations, drive profitability, and mentor staff to achieve quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong financial oversight.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate with insurance partners, and uphold safety and service standards while guiding a growing team to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of collision repair/ auto body management experience.
• Ability to read and understand financial P&L statements.
• Travel up to 25% as part of the role.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage.
• Working knowledge of CCC One estimating platform and management system.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT).

Responsibilities

• Lead center-level performance using key metrics, quality, and culture.
• Communicate and manage the change process within the store.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff as needed.
• Coach staff and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote relationships with area insurance contacts and referrals.
