Qualifications

• Five or more years leading collision repair/auto body teams.
• Ability to read and understand financial statements and P&L.
• Proficient with CCC One estimating platform and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead center performance through key metrics, quality, skills and culture.
• Communicate and manage the change process effectively.
• Stay current with vehicle repair procedures and tech.
• Coach staff to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.
• Recruit, interview and hire staff; train on policy and procedures.
• Liaise with insurance contacts and referral points; contact claims managers monthly.
• Participate in external marketing and team-building activities.
