Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience handling and/or leading automobile claims involving state minimum policy limits.
• Prior leadership, mentoring, coaching, or supervisory experience preferred.
• AIC, CPCU, or other insurance industry designation preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain adjuster licenses in required states.

• Lead a team of approximately 5–7 Claims Representatives, providing coaching and development.
• Oversee performance evaluations and development planning.
• Communicate and enforce operational procedures and processes with staff.
• Drive results through supervisory leadership and claims expertise.
• Build strong cross-department relationships and maintain vendor and partner ties.
