Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Hands-on experience handling automobile claims.
• Experience with property damage, bodily injury, and subrogation claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance terminology, claims practices, standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to Claims Representatives and Claims Support Specialists.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen technical knowledge and performance.
• Review automobile claim investigations and provide technical direction and handling recommendations.
• Ensure claims handling complies with state and federal requirements, company guidelines, and industry best practices.
