Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Auto Claims Representative in the Indianapolis area. This role involves guiding insureds through the auto claims process from start to finish, with paid training and licensing included.

Applicants must live within 50 miles and be able to work at least 2 in-office days per month. No prior claims experience is required; high energy, strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset are essential for success in a fast-paced environment at a Fortune

Qualifications

Strong oral and written communication.
Ability to think critically and use resources in virtual environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple systems during training and claims processing.
General understanding of claim operations and stakeholders.
College degree preferred or related customer service/insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish.
Engage customers who have been in an accident and provide support.
Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve claims efficiently.
