Cox Automotive - USA in Anaheim is seeking an Arbitrator I to learn the ropes of resolving customer complaints and ensuring issues are addressed promptly. You will coordinate returns and claims with buyers, sellers, and dealers, applying policy guidelines and assisting with investigation.

The role emphasizes negotiation, accuracy, and collaboration across departments. You will review claims, investigate basic cases, mediate disputes, and maintain records.

Competenze

• You’ve got a knack for negotiation and the right attitude to learn. Minimum: high school diploma or GED with <2 years related experience; accuracy and attention to detail; organizational and time management skills; adaptability in a fluid environment.
• Preferred: 1+ years automotive or body shop experience; claims adjuster experience.

Mansioni

• Review customer claims to verify they meet Manheim's arbitration policies and guidelines.
• Investigate basic, less complex cases (e.g., late title claims, basic condition report claims, etc.).
• Interface with all departments involved in the dispute during fact-finding and investigation.
• Use resources to facilitate inspection, documentation, and communication to move cases forward or to resolution.
• Mediates disputes and negotiates repair/pricing to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
• Maintain accurate files for each arbitration case, including invoices and settlement agreements.
• Engage with supervisor/manager to determine escalation needs.
