Responsibilities

• Review customer claims to verify they meet Cox's policies and guidelines.
• Investigate basic cases or those needing prescriptive decision-making.
• Interface with all departments during fact finding and investigation stages.
• Prepare and facilitate communication for resolution via phone, email, or in person.
• Mediates disputes and negotiates repair or pricing of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate files for each arbitration case and verify documentation.
