Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Manager to lead an auto parts team, drive growth and profitability, and own the P&L for a market-leading NAPA store in the region.

The role focuses on building and guiding a motivated crew, expanding wholesale partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer care in a fast-paced retail setting. Must have relevant automotive/retail leadership experience and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building relationships.
• Experience in automotive industry or related fields preferred.
• Experience in parts/retail management.
• Ability to operate cash register and basic computer skills.
• Background in inventory controls and seasonal shifts helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
• Shift into a fast-paced retail environment.
• Help outside sales with developing and maintaining wholesale accounts.
• Build and guide an engaged crew to deliver customer care and business results.
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Protect and maintain store assets and security.
• Maintain pride in safety and appearance of the store.
