Job summary

NAPA in Billings, MT is seeking a Business Development Manager, Auto Care to expand the Auto Care program and drive parts sales with current and new customers. You will lead onboarding, promote program adoption, and coordinate with HQ to meet growth targets.

Travel up to 50% required; you will train local sales teams, manage accounts, and execute sales plans while delivering excellent customer service and leveraging CRM tools to track progress and optimize results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of selling and account management experience.
• Must have a solid record of success developing new business while growing existing accounts.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Presents and sells Auto Care prospects on the value of joining the NAPA Auto Care program.
• Travels within the assigned territory to meet with accounts and conduct training.
• Executes sales plans to achieve growth and territory quotas.
• Conducts account reviews and supports events/ trade shows in the territory.
