Gerber Collision & Glass is offering a hands-on 30-day trial to qualify for an 18-month Technician Development Program in the automotive industry in Blue Springs, MO. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning essential auto body repair skills and safety practices in a structured environment.

The program emphasizes growth, teamwork, and practical skill development, with a clear path toward becoming a skilled automotive technician within our network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Trade or vocational schooling preferred.
• On-the-job experience preferred.
• I-CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages.
• Collaborate with team to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to keep a clean workspace.
