Gerber Collision & Glass is offering a hands-on 30‑day trial to qualify for an 18‑month Technician Development Program in Edmond, OK. You will work with experienced technicians, learn auto body repair basics, and gain exposure to dent removal, sanding, and painting under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, some shop experience, and a strong interest in developing automotive skills. A supportive team environment and structured mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred.
• Some on‑the‑job experience is preferred.
• I‑CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections and identify damages.
• Collaborate with team to complete repairs on time and to standard.
• Follow safety protocols in the shop.
