Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Clarkston, GA is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise assessment and repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign frames, replace parts and glass, and work with the WOW Operating Way to meet KPIs while representing The Boyd Group as a Brand Ambassador.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently in repair work.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace parts, and restore glass.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to safety in a noisy environment.
• Assist in brand ambassador responsibilities.
