Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to deliver expert vehicle repairs and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality, and exceptional customer experience.

You will work with a dedicated team to meet KPI targets, perform body repairs, welding, painting, and replace parts as needed, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents, apply fillers, realign chassis if needed.
• Replace damaged sections and install replacement components.
• Weld and fit parts, paint to factory specs.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect completed vehicles.
• Collaborate with team to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
