Gerber Collision & Glass in Signal Hill, CA, is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver outstanding customer experiences through meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, maintain speed and quality KPIs, and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group in all interactions. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret repair orders accurately.
• Ability to work with others in a shop environment.
• Solid understanding of vehicle repair methods.
• Proficient in using common repair tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW plan to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents, frames, and glass with industry-standard methods.
• Realign chassis and replace parts as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality assurance.
