Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and high-quality repairs, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while upholding speed and precision.

As part of The Boyd Group, you’ll work with a collaborative team to meet KPI targets, follow WOW standards, and apply trade skills with factory-grade paints and repair techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; apply paint to finish.
