Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repairs and quality workmanship. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning chassis and replacing parts as needed to restore them to pre-accident condition.

You will collaborate with team members to meet KPIs, uphold safety standards, and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical schooling or equivalent apprenticeship preferred.
• Solid understanding of auto body repair methods and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged parts, including glass and interior components.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
