Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will plan repairs, estimate costs, and ensure quality by inspecting completed work.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either formal technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship. You will work with a range of tools and must maintain a focus on safety, speed, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship is essential.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use tools to repair, realign, replace parts, and repaint as needed.
• Inspect finished work for quality and safety; meet KPIs.
