Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship.
• Experience in auto body repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass and interior parts as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory spec or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
