Caliber's Williamsburg Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles after accidents with precision and care. You will blueprint, repair frames, and work with a team to return cars to factory specs using modern equipment.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural repairs experience.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented, collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
