Caliber’s Christiansburg Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore damaged vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, dismantle, and repair frames, perform structural work, and collaborate with painters and estimators to move cars efficiently through the shop.

With at least two years of hands-on experience, you’ll use modern equipment, follow safety practices, and pursue I-CAR/ASE certifications to level up your skills.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Commitment to blueprinting and proper repairs.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with correct fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
