As part of the team, you will blueprint and execute full collision repairs, frame work, and precise reassembly, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently. You will lift up to 50 lbs and participate in I-CAR/ASE training programs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail for tightened bolts, welds and finish.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and final fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
