Caliber Collision is hiring at the Williamsburg Service Center in Virginia. You’ll perform full collision repairs—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—with a focus on precision and quality workmanship.

At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars safely through the shop.

• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square up.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and repair right the first time.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude working with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair, from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work, restoring to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish; attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
