Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; ensure tightened bolts, welds, and quality repairs.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
