Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will carefully disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish cars while aligning with the WOW operating standards and company KPIs.

You’ll work with a team to ensure speed, quality, and customer excellence. A high school diploma or equivalent and a technical program or apprenticeship are required, and applicants must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a noisy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Repair glass, paint and interior components as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety.
• Adhere to WOW operating methods and KPIs.
