Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform meticulous repairs and restorations, ensuring vehicles return to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and re paint vehicles with a focus on speed, quality, and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship. You will work safely in a busy shop, adhering to WOW standards and company guidelines to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare repair work and cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace parts and glass as needed.
