Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and ensure quality while upholding the WOW operating standards.

Collaboration with teammates is essential to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may include a technical program or a three-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Solid understanding of repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
