Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States seeks an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, using precise techniques and efficient workflows. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble, ensuring speed, quality and customer excellence in line with WOW standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship. You will work with others to meet KPIs and be a Brand Ambassador.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and efficiently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair vehicle bodies using appropriate tools and methods.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and accuracy.
