Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair to restore pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with team KPIs and representing the Boyd Group brand.

The role focuses on speed, quality, and customer excellence, requiring teamwork with shop colleagues and adherence to the WOW plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; prep and repaint vehicles.
• Ensure work orders are completed within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
