Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform meticulous vehicle repairs and provide an exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign frames, replace parts and glass, and ensure workmanship meets company standards.

You will operate with the WOW Operating Way and contribute to achieving KPIs while upholding brand standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of a technical school

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship is required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers; use cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins when needed; realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair or replace glass and windshields.
• Weld and attach parts and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint; complete work within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure all work is correctly executed.
