Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign frames, and replace parts while upholding speed and quality standards.

Work with a dedicated team to meet KPIs and act as a Brand Ambassador. The role requires a high school diploma or technical training and proficiency with repair tools, with safety and accuracy as priorities in a fast-paced shop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Strong understanding of auto body repair methods.
• Proficient in using common repair tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to correct structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld and fit parts; final prep and painting.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
