Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to provide high-quality repairs and customer-focused service. You will assess vehicles, plan repairs, and execute disassembly, repair, and reassembly with attention to speed, quality, and customer excellence.

The role requires hands-on skills with body repair tools, chassis realignment, glass work, painting, and precise inspection to meet KPI targets. Join a team dedicated to WOW and top-tier collision repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles; realign chassis and frames.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair or replace glass and interiors.
• Weld, attach parts, and repaint vehicles to factory specifications or equivalents.
• Ensure work orders are completed within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
