Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to provide top-tier customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, realigning frames, replacing parts, welding, painting, and inspecting finished work to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Identify and replace damaged sections with parts or glass as needed.
• Weld, fit, and repaint with factory-specified or agreed-upon finishes.
• Ensure work orders align with labor time guidelines and inspect final results.
