Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition while delivering a top-notch customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles and work to achieve the shop's KPIs with a strong team.

Responsibilities include using cutting tools, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and fillers, ensuring safety and quality at every step.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of auto body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Repair vehicle sections using listed tools.
• Inspect repaired vehicles for quality before completion.
