Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician who will deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with the team to achieve KPIs and uphold our Brand Ambassador commitment.

You will work with cutting tools, grinders, and welding equipment to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, ensuring quality and speed in every repair and maintaining safety in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plans the repair work and prepares cost estimates for customers using tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Realigns car chassis and frames to repair structural damage; replaces damaged sections and glass as needed.
