Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to meticulously assess and repair vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition with a focus on speed, quality and customer excellence. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while collaborating with a team to meet KPI targets and uphold the brand promise of WOW.

We value teamwork, safety, and precise use of tools to deliver top-tier collision repair services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Repair sections using cutting guns, plasma cutters, and other tools.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
