Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise vehicle assessments and quality repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence across the repair process.

You will work with the team to maintain KPIs, act as a Brand Ambassador, and uphold safety standards while restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of auto body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan and prepare repair work and estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, body damage, and replace parts using appropriate tools.
• Realign chassis and frames, weld and reassemble as needed.
• Repair or replace glass, interior parts, and paint to factory specs.
• Ensure work orders are completed within labor guidelines and inspect finished work.
