Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles to restore pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence as part of our brand.

You will work with a dedicated team to meet KPIs, participate in safety and training, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Tech school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Realign chassis and repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged parts and glass as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
