Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and high-quality repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring alignment with KPIs while representing the brand with integrity.

The role emphasizes speed, quality, and customer excellence, working with a team to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. Training is provided to uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with common auto body repair tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass, as needed.
• Weld, paint and refinish with factory-specified standards.
• Meet labor time guidelines and inspect completed work.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure KPI achievement.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
